Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy governs the terms applicable to the shipment of products purchased through our online store (Hairluc). By placing an order, the customer fully accepts the terms set forth herein.
Order Processing
1.1. All orders are processed within an estimated timeframe of 1 to 2 business days from payment confirmation.
1.2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.3. In the event of unforeseen processing delays, the customer will be notified by email.
Delivery Timeframes
2.1. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 9 business days from the moment the order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.
2.2. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, logistical availability, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond Hairluc´s control.
2.3. These delivery times are estimates and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery; however, Hairluc will make all reasonable efforts to meet them.
Shipping Coverage
3.1. We ship worldwide, except to territories where commercial, customs, or logistical restrictions apply.
3.2. The customer is responsible for verifying that the product can be legally imported into their country.
Shipping Costs
4.1. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed to the customer during the checkout process, before the order is finalized.
4.2. In certain cases, additional costs may apply, including customs duties, taxes, or local fees. Such costs shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
5.1. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with shipping confirmation and, where applicable, a tracking number.
5.2. The customer may track the shipment status via the provided link, subject to carrier availability.
Responsibility During Transit
6.1. Hairluc is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs authorities, or force majeure events.
6.2. In the event of loss, damage, or logistical issues, a claim will be filed with the shipping carrier. The customer agrees to provide the necessary information to facilitate the handling of such a claim.
Delivery Address
7.1. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
7.2. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned to the sender, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Changes to This Policy
8.1. Hairluc reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time.
8.2. Changes will take effect upon publication on the website and will not affect orders already placed.
Customs, Taxes, and Duties (International Shipments)
9.1. For orders shipped outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, fees, or customs procedures required by their country.
9.2. Additional import costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs displayed in the store.
9.3. The customer agrees that Hairluc is not responsible for delays, holds, taxes, or returns caused by customs authorities in the destination country.
